Friday Wrap Up – March 8, 2013

The week in review…

Well, it’s been a busy week here around the RockCriesOut homefront. Lots of new articles, lots of free music downloads, music videos, the works! So, let’s get right to what we covered this week in case you missed anything.

This week we brought you a new music video from NEELY for their song “Everything I Am” which has recently been heard on national radio station, Air1. Check out the video and a short review here: (New Video from NEELY).

Free Music

Two artists have offered free music downloads this week. Along with their music video release, NEELY also offered up a download for their song “Everything I Am”. If you like rock music with a little country mixed in, you’ll definitely want to check this song out. Find more info on how to get their free download here: (FREE Music from NEELY).

Another band offering free music this week is For The People. This band from San Antonio, TX is a female fronted rock band with some alternative rock and metal (dare I even say 80’s metal?) in their mix. Check out how to get a free download for this great band here: (FREE Music from For The People).

RockCriesOut.com’s mission is not just about getting the word out about indie Christian music, but we also want to see bands and fans having a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, too. In that mission we try to provide devotions for both musicians and fans alike that are quick to read and easy to digest. Keeping with this theme, we released a devotion yesterday about our sanctification and how God is not finished with us. To check this devotion out head click on this link here: (Thirsty Thursday: Sanctification).

New Music

While maybe not brand new, it’s new to us and we added them to our Spotify playlist, which can be found by clicking this link (click here). This week we added tunes from Chaotic Resemblance and Unveiled, two great bands, that if you’re not careful, will melt your face off with their tunes. Check out Chaotic Resemblance’s Facebook page here (click here) and find Unveiled at their Facebook page here (click here).

I hope you enjoyed this week’s Friday Wrap Up! Obviously these were only the high lights from this week, so feel free to check out all the other great content we posted this week. Tune in next week as we bring you more indie news, devotions and tips and tricks to help you out on your journey in this crazy world of music!
